Futurama "The Tip of the Zoidberg" (S06E23): Honestly, this episode was hard for me to follow. It jumped back and forth between two different time periods and stories, which were related in that the earlier plot affected the later plot. So, no recap today, just remarks.
Nice Simpsons joke with jaundice. Garfield Syndrome was even funnier. Then Muppet Gangrene - haha... I especially liked the Jenga reference. Smurf Syndrome was next. Did you know Yetis have green blood? The Professor saying, "I haven't needed a butler since grad school," really made me laugh, since I can totally relate to that need! The music for "Mr. Sandman" was cute. "Mom" saying "stooge-the-hell-out-of-here" was funny. The Murdolator was funny, too... cyanide, death wheels, anvils, pianos, axes, a bomb, all while going through a Mousetrap-esque maze. I had no idea that Zoidberg and "Mom" were so close... or were once upon a time, really. He even gets her to give him her Yeti head with very little in return. Though when he extracted the gland and put it in the Professor's mouth, I was a bit grossed out. The Professor then morphing into a "Double Yeti" and growing larger and furrier was strange. Bender's head being sliced down the middle was amusing. Somehow, the Professor is cured of Yeti-ism after everything goes down... I didn't understand how that worked. And, hearing Zoidberg and the Professor call one another Johnny and Hubert was strange.
