Amy K. Bredemeyer is the founder of and editor-in-chief for TheTalkingBox, which focuses on US television programming, news, reviews, and more. Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, a Bachelor’s degree in Religion (minor in Child Development), and a Master’s degree in Theatre (emphasis in Dramaturgy) from Florida State University. Originally from Long Valley, NJ, Amy has lived in various places around the country and is currently based in San Jose, CA.
Some of Amy’s all-time favorite television shows include Frasier, 7th Heaven, Fraggle Rock, ER, and Boy Meets World. Regarding what’s currently running, however, she is most drawn to How I Met Your Mother, The Middle, Hot in Cleveland, and Switched at Birth. She’s well aware that she isn’t always with the majority (the list of shows she found delightful but were short-lived is quite long!), and welcomes comments that agree with and challenge her opinions. Jonathan Bredemeyer is the photographer for TheTalkingBox, and also contributes articles about shows with twisted plots. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. Jonathan grew up in Fort Pierce, FL and currently lives in the San Jose area, by way of Yardley, PA, Mountain View, CA, and Melbourne, FL.
